Submitted abstracts may be presented as oral or poster presentations.
Oral presentations are given 15 minutes including 10 minutes presentation and 5 minutes questions and answers.
Posters will be on display during the whole conference. Poster presenters are encouraged to be present at their poster during the second coffee break each day. In addition, presenters are encouraged to present highlights from their posters in 5 minutes during a preceding oral session (please see the session program).
Posters are presented on poster boards. Posters should have maximal formats of 168 cm (height) and 110 cm (width).
A poster competition will be held with nomination of the three best posters as evaluated through the criteria scientific quality, relevance of the research question, and presentation style.
