Registration

 

Registration fee includes conference kit including abstract book, access to all sessions and keynote presentations; welcome reception; lunches and refreshments; and Gala dinner Wednesday August 15 at a reduced price.

 

An IUCH member is a member of one of the scientific societies organized under the International Union for Circumpolar Health (IUCH).  These scientific societies include the following: the American Society for Circumpolar Health (ASCH); the Canadian Society for Circumpolar Health (CSCH); the Danish/Greenlandic Society for Circumpolar Health; the Nordic Society for Circumpolar Health (NSCH); and the Russian Academy of Polar Medicine and Extreme Human Ecology.

 

Cancellation with refund of registration fee except for transaction fees will be possible until July 1, 2018.

– IUCH non-member 750 Euros
– Student IUCH member (please show valid proof at registration) 400 Euros
– Student IUCH non-member (please show valid proof at registration) 500 Euros
– One-day participation (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday) 200 Euros
 
Social events
– Welcome reception, Sunday August 12 Free
– Copenhagen Canal Tour with sandwich and beverages, Monday Aug. 13 50 Euros
– Arctic zoo with Barbecue, Tuesday Aug. 14  60 Euros
– Gala dinner, Langelinie pavilion, Wednesday Aug. 15
